Family Engagement Conferences

Polk County Public Schools is hosting family engagement conferences. These special events allow families to learn more about education-related topics and resources available to them. The events are held throughout the year at different locations throughout Polk County.

Participants can attend workshops as well as speak directly with district experts about exceptional student education programs, social services, mental health support, and other important topics. There will also be an area for partnering agencies and vendors to present their available resources and services. Each conference will also feature door prizes, complimentary refreshments and lunch, free childcare (ages 3-5 and grades K-5) for those attending, and more! 

A food box giveaway will be offered at each conference. The food will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to those who attend the event.
